The Common Application Form(CAF) for admission into 2 Years B.Ed., B.H.Ed., & M.Ed. courses for the AY- 2025-26

i) Please read the General Application Form (CAF) thoroughly before filling up the information booklet online.

ii) Entrance test is mandatory for all aspirants wishing to appear for the exam The admission to the 2-year B.Ed course in higher educational institutions will have to participate under SAMS for the academic year 2025-26.

iii) In the current academic year, the first phase of admission will be done in the initial stage. The higher education department department may consider conducting the second phase or spot admissions on the basis of availability of vacant seats.

iv) Applicants for admission to B.Ed courses in state government universities and colleges participating in SAMS for the academic year 2025-26, will have to apply only through online mode. Mode for CAF submission will not be offline.

v) Candidates whose final UG result is awaited (not published), can also apply online in caf to appear for the entrance examination. But they should log in to "Existing Students Login" before the published deadline and upload their marks and HEI (Choice Lock)

The timeline for 2 Year B.Ed., B.H.Ed., M.Ed. courses e-Admission for the year 2025-26 under 'Student Academic Management System (SAMS)' is given below. Any changes in the timeline will be published on the website https://te.samsodisha.gov.in/. The applicants are advised to read the Information Brochure carefully.

3)	Editing of the CAF (if required) for the CAF 3) submitted earlier (No fresh CAF will be allowed during this period)	11-April-2025 (10.00 AM) to (11.45 PM) (Friday)
4)	Submission of applicant's data to State Selection 4) Board (SSB) by OCAC to conduct the Entrance Examination	18-April-2025 (Friday)
5)	Availability of Hall Ticket on the website of the State Selection Board (SSB) i.e. https://ssbodisha.ac.in and on SAMS portal for downloading the admit Card	23-May-2025 (12.00 Noon onwards) (Friday)
6)	Conduct of Entrance Test-2025 for B.Ed. & B.H.Ed	01-Jun-2025 (Sunday)
7)	Conduct of Entrance Test - 2025 for M.Ed.	04-Jun-2025 (Wednesday)
8)	Handing Over Entrance Marks to OCAC by SSB, Odisha	10-Jun-2025 (Tuesday)
9)	Publication of Entrance Test Score on SAMS TE Portal, Updation of Graduation/Equivalent marks, Choice Filling of HEls and Publication of provisional Allotment of Seats for different Rounds	Dates will be notified by the Higher Education Department later
