 OAV Ganjam District Recruitment 2025

The Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas (OAVs) of Ganjam District have announced new openings for Part-Time Contractual Teachers (PGT and TGT) for the smooth functioning of the academic session 2025-26. Eligible candidates are invited to apply as per the guidelines issued via OAV Letter No. 7708/OAVS dated 14.08.2023.

Available Posts

• PGT (Post Graduate Teacher):
  Subjects: Math, English, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science
• TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher):
  Subjects: Math, English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Odia, Social Studies (SST), and Science

Type and Duration of Engagement

• Type of Engagement: Part-Time Contractual
• Duration: Until a regular teacher joins or till the end of the academic session, whichever is earlier.

Eligibility Criteria

• For TGT Posts:
• Educational Qualification: B.A. /B.Sc. with B.Ed.
• For PGT Posts:
• Educational Qualification: M.A./M.Sc./ M.Com. with B.Ed.

Applicants must meet these criteria to be considered for the recruitment process.

Remuneration

• PGT: ₹25,000/- per month (Consolidated)
• TGT: ₹20,000/- per month (Consolidated)

The completed application form, along with all relevant enclosures, must be sent via Registered/Speed Post to:

Nodal Principal, Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya, Sasana Ambagan, Hinjilicut, District: Ganjam, PIN – 761102

The envelope must be clearly superscribed with:
"APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _______".

Applications sent after the due date or through other means will not be entertained.

• TGT Applicants: 14th May 2025 at 10:30 AM
• PGT Applicants: 15th May 2025 at 10:30 AM

List of Documents to Attach

Candidates must attach self-attested Xerox copies of the following documents with the filled application:

1. Two recent passport-sized photographs
2. Voter ID/PAN Card/Aadhaar Card/Any other authenticated ID proof
3. Matriculation Certificate and Mark Sheet
4. Intermediate (+2/12th) Certificate and Mark Sheet
5. Graduation (BA/B.Sc) Certificate and Mark Sheet
6. B.Ed Certificate and Mark Sheet
7. Master’s Degree Certificate and Mark Sheet (for PGT)

Incomplete applications or applications without supporting documents will be rejected.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on:

• Verification of submitted documents
• Compliance with eligibility requirements
• Performance in suitability assessment during verification sessions

The entire process will be conducted under the supervision of the Collector-cum-Chairman, OAVs, Ganjam.
